No refunds available. 

Returns 
Returns will ONLY be accepted from the Hair Collection if you have received the wrong item. The item must be in the same condition as it was when sold and in its original packaging. No other returns will be accepted.

Processing Time

For Hair Collection Items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Processing time of 3-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) 

After the 3-7 business days for processing, a shipping label will then be created and you will receive your tracking number via email. Once you receive your tracking number, your package is shipped USPS within 2-3 business days.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order from the Hair Collection and you would like to cancel, there is a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hrs of the original purchase date.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Option to exchange is available for accessory items only and must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether or not the exchange has been approved or rejected. 

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the item you wish to exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable) 
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your order will Not be replaced and you will NOT receive a refund. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date, please request to have you local post office hold it for you. You can request this at www.usps.com

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced accessory items may be exchanged, unfortunately ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Shipping

US (2-6 business days) via USPS-does not include processing time for hair collection items

International Shipping

International Orders (5-10 business days) via USPS -does not include processing time for hair collection items

We cannot ship to a post office box. A physical address is required for shipment.

Some countries put a tax on orders coming in form other countries. You the buyer are responsible to pay this fee. Please research custom fee in your country. You may be required to pay before you're able to pick up your package. Please keep in mind that while your package is being held in customs, this may take an additional 1-3 days for customs to inspect the package.
